Simply open the ballstretcher with the enclosed Allen key, pull his balls down, fit the ball stretcher around the scrotum and lock. If necessary, throw the key out the window! He now feels the stimulating cold metal and the intensive downward pull of at least 400 grams. Now the top can use the Dr. Sado Pinwheel (click here) to stimulate the exposed balls from soft to hard.... This will stretch any man to his limits....

Note: The ballstretcher can only be opened with the Allen key. Uncontrolled stripping without the key is not possible.
