    The design deliberately echoes historic hospital and psychiatric restraints, taking inspiration from the severe, functional look of old head fixation systems. This is exactly what gives the Dr. Sado® Head Harness its power: clinical, strict, uncompromising, and carefully crafted. The two-tone construction with pale leather straps and a white muzzle gag enhances its authentic medical role-play character.

    The integrated muzzle gag secures the mouth area and, in consensual role play, can significantly restrict speaking, spitting, biting, or screaming. This makes the head harness ideal for strict BDSM sessions, clinic play, doctor/patient scenes, discipline, control, submission, and intense Dom/sub dynamics.

    Handcrafted from sturdy genuine cowhide split leather, the Dr. Sado® Head Harness is built for a strong visual and physical presence. The 2.5 cm / 1 in wide leather straps run around the forehead, chin, neck, and over the top of the head. Multiple buckles allow the harness to be adjusted to fit the shape and size of the head securely and precisely.

    Three strong metal rings expand the harness’s possible uses. One ring is positioned at the front, and two additional rings are placed on the sides of the neck strap. Depending on the scene, ropes, chains, leashes, or other suitable bondage accessories can be attached to these rings for stricter control, guided positioning, or more elaborate restraint setups.

    The Dr. Sado® Head Harness is size-adjustable and can be worn very strictly, depending on the desired intensity. One rule always applies: the harness must never be adjusted too tightly. Breathing, circulation, sensitivity, and communication must always remain safely controllable. Use should be stopped immediately if anything feels uncomfortable, if pressure points appear, if numbness occurs, or if breathing seems affected.

    Wipe the leather with a slightly damp cloth if needed, then allow it to dry completely. For smooth leather, we recommend beGLOSS® Clean & Care™, which cleans and conditions in one step.

    This institutional style muzzle will give you incredible control

    This institutional style muzzle will give you incredible control over his head.

    This extreme leather muzzle not only muzzles him, but gives you a variety of attachment points for more complex bondage scenarios. It includes three D-rings on the front of the collar and one on top of the head. The whole construction of the muzzle will let him know that he's under your control. The leather is thick, and the straps wrap around his head at various angles for a solid fit. With this muzzle on, he'll calmly and docilely await your "treatment".

    This will stay as one of my top muzzles in my collection.

    I have a collection of hoods and muzzles. This particular muzzle is incredible. I rank it among the best that I own. With the built-in collar it just finishes everything off. The muzzle itself is slightly padded providing an excellent feel. This will stay as one of my top muzzles in my collection.
