Luxurious sleeping comfort, premium materials, and a thoughtfully designed, easy-care construction: the MEO® dog bed from the Pet Collection combines a surrounding frame of black genuine leather with a durable textile sleeping surface and a filling of premium viscoelastic foam flakes. Two separate full-perimeter zippers allow both the sleeping surface and the textile underside to be completely separated from the leather frame.

The generously sized, lightly padded sleeping surface conforms comfortably to the contours of the dog’s body thanks to the viscoelastic foam-flake filling and helps distribute pressure evenly. At the same time, the low-profile mattress design remains easy to access and provides ample freedom of movement for different sleeping and resting positions.

The sleeping surface is made from premium 100% polyester upholstery fabric. The textile surface combines a pleasantly soft feel with high durability and easy care and is designed to withstand the demands of everyday use.

A deliberate contrast is created by the surrounding frame of black, through-dyed cowhide leather. The approx. 1.2–1.4 mm (0.05–0.06 in) thick upholstery leather gives the dog bed its distinctive premium appearance while also providing a robust perimeter edge. On the front, only the MEO® logo is discreetly embossed tone-on-tone into the black leather.

A distinctive feature of the construction is the pair of independent full-perimeter zippers. The upper zipper allows the textile sleeping surface to be completely detached from the leather frame. A second zipper connects the textile underside to the leather frame and allows it to be removed separately as well. This makes it possible to clean the textile components without exposing the premium genuine leather to water or detergent.

Inside is the sleeping cushion filled with viscoelastic foam flakes. The inner cushion cover is made from cotton, while the water-repellent polyester top provides additional protection for the filling against moisture. The underside of the dog bed is made from durable, non-slip textile to help keep the bed securely in place, even on smooth floors.

The MEO® Pet Collection was created in response to numerous requests from customers who have appreciated the material quality, craftsmanship, and clean design language of MEO® for many years. This exclusive Capsule Collection brings the same standards to exceptional products for dogs. Made in Italy, the MEO® dog bed combines selected materials, functional construction, and premium Italian craftsmanship with the characteristically understated aesthetic of MEO®.

With its clean design, combination of black leather and textile upholstery, and discreet branding, it is deliberately designed to blend into modern, sophisticated interiors. Rather than looking like a conventional pet bed, its design draws inspiration from premium upholstered furniture and interior products.

Minor dirt on the textile surfaces can be removed with a damp sponge. The sleeping surface and underside can be completely separated from the genuine leather frame using the two full-perimeter zippers and hand washed at up to 30 °C (86 °F). After washing, hang the covers and allow them to air dry completely. Do not tumble dry.

The genuine leather frame must not be washed, soaked, or completely saturated with water. For gentle cleaning and care of the leather, beGLOSS® Clean & Care™ is recommended.

The viscoelastic foam flakes and the complete bed filling must not be machine washed. The foam flakes can absorb large amounts of water. This significantly extends the drying time and may affect the properties of the filling.
