    Shibari is the traditional Japanese art of rope bondage. It sounds complicated, and it is. That is exactly why the product developers at MEO® from Germany have joined forces with the leading BDSM experts in Tokyo and designed a series of ready-to-use restraints based on shibari bondage. Because the restraints are prepared in advance by hand in Japan, you can get started straight away without mastering the complicated skill of tying knots.

    What does shibari bondage mean?

     

    Shibari comes from Japan and basically means “tie up”. That is why it is often called Japanese bondage. However, shibari is much more about the art of the bond itself than exercising power and dominance. While pure bondage is clearly about establishing who is the top and who is the bottom, in shibari it is about the art of the bond itself. For the person tying the bonds, the satisfaction is usually in seeing the person lying before them, artistically tied up and unable to move. There are many different techniques in this perfectly formed bondage. Some are simply used to make the bottom unable to move. Others are historically inspired and are intended to highlight and emphasise the aesthetic of the bound body.

        Sehr robust aber angenehm

        Die Handfesseln sind angenehm auf der Haut, nicht kratzend oder so. Die Fesseln mit Leine sind auch sehr stabil, es kann mit leichtem Druck oder auch ruckartig daran gezogen werden ohne Bedenken. Man kann sich gut damit führen lassen oder die Leine auch zur Fixierung nutzen, bspw Hände gefessel auf dem Rücken
