Unlike most delay sprays that leave you almost completely numb, this spray does something magical. It keeps your sense of feeling intact, with an uncanny feeling of being able to go further. It's hard to explain, but there is a feeling of not getting to the "point" as quickly. You can still feel almost 100% of the actual sensations, but the nerves aren't as sensitive, so you can pace yourself. Gone is the completely numb and dead penis situation, replaced by something much more pleasurable and controlled. The spray absorbs VERY quickly and you'll be ready for action in no time.
However, for best results, give the spray more time than usual so that you can experience the best results. Most sprays give at least 10 minutes before you start playing, but I find that up to 30 minutes before works best for this spray. I've used Promescent and KY Endure, which almost completely eliminates any sensation in the genitals. This spray is similar to VigRX Delay Spray, but is MUCH cheaper, more absorbent, and less sticky.
