I saw a video on xtube about a guy using these sounds and made me curious about the experience. Started with a 4 mm one and soon got a 5 and 6 mm one too as I enjoy it much as it is sliding down - especially the bigger ones as these are slightly heavier. This is a great all purpose spreader bar. It makes a great first bar for a beginner. I find that it doesn't go as wide as I'd like, so I eventually upgraded to a larger bar. The metal is also very lightweight, which is great of you're looking for decent mobility. Not might be what you're looking for if you want something heavier, though. Overall, this bar is a decent value. It gets the job done and is very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.
