I ordered a size small and it took a while to insert the plug. I found the easiest way was lots of lube and on all fours. Once in it feels amazing. Longest i have worn it for is 8 hours. One drawback was that after long term use the central tunnel closed up. No a real issue as i still felt full. Wish the tunnel was slightly more rigid
