This toy meet all of my expectations (and my partners'!), but we all feel the "fit & finish" leaves much to be desired, *especially* at this price. The hinged rings themselves are well made & solid. The screws & holes for closing do not have alignment guides & one has to really work to not strip the screws as they are tightened. Worst, though, is the flimsy feel of the long screws that do the stretching... They need a weld not just at the bottom of the base ring, but also at the top for better stability. And they are too short - ~12cm. The spiked testicle plate is beyond shaky & gets in the way as stretching starts. Finally, the spikes should be pointed. Just my humble opinion. All in all it feels like this is a prototype of a great toy idea
So the fit is perfect. There is no way to remove this without the key. To surrender the keys to your partner is an amazingly erotic experience. Yes you have to sit to pee but that is a small price to pay for the experience. It is a little tight but working on long term wear over the past few weeks. It is a little uncomfortable over night as when my body attempts the overnight erection, the NOPACHA shuts that down as there is no place to go.
