I keep mine on for at least 20-30 min and while they’re on, I’ll pump them every few min to keep the suction going. My nipples will be VERY sensitive after that, but I just love that sensitive feeling. For the price, I think it’s a great little toy to have around

I ordered this plug as i had some issues with other tunnel plugs slipping out and i must say that this is a great tunnel plug. Initial insertion was quite hard. I ordered a size small and it took a while to insert the plug. I found the easiest way was lots of lube and on all fours. Once in it feels amazing. Longest i have worn it for is 8 hours. One drawback was that after long term use the central tunnel closed up. No a real issue as i still felt full. Wish the tunnel was slightly more rigid
