After about 15 minutes you will begin to feel a tingling sensation, do not worry, this is normal. After about 30 minutes you should be able to go about your normal routine with your partner. I was super impressed with this one, the feel and stiffness of the whole thing is perfect. Very flexible, but not so much that it folds or bends when you use it. I'd say if "normal" is too hard, this is perfect for you!
