Eine weitere Öffnung befindet sich auf Höhe der Körpermitte, die einen Zugang zulässt oder durch die Körperteile herausragen können um beispielsweise eine Melkmaschine für den Penis oder wenn man auf dem Bauch liegt eine Fickmaschine anzuschließen. Alle benötigten Kunststoffrohre und ein Staubsaugeranschluss werden mitgeliefert. Der Staubsauger sollte angeschaltet bleiben, um ein gleichmäßig starkes Vakuum zu gewährleisten.
