Delivery to DHL Packstations (only within Germany)

With the free DHL Packstation service, you can have your orders from MEO conveniently delivered to a Packstation of your choice.

Your benefits:

Flexible collection! As soon as your parcel arrives at the DHL Packstation, you will receive a notification by e-mail or text message. You can then collect your parcel at any time - without having to wait and regardless of opening hours.

How to use DHL Packstation:

To use the DHL Packstation service, you need a personal postal number. If you do not yet have a postal number, simply register free of charge at www.packstation.de.

Instructions on how to set this up in your customer account:

  • Log in to your MEO customer account under "My account / Log in".
  • Select the "Your addresses" section.
  • Click on "Add new address".
  • Enter the desired DHL_Packstation address and enter your personal postal number in the corresponding field.
  • Once you have saved this address, you can select it as the delivery address for every future order.


Important:

  • Deliveries to DHL packing stations are only possible within Germany.
  • Shipping to a DHL packing station is only possible via DHL.


Note for customers outside Germany:

If there is a similar service in your home country, we recommend that you contact our customer service (info@meo.de). We will be happy to check whether these addresses can be supplied by DHL or UPS.
