The utimate padlock for BDSM play

I just love the kinky things that are stocked by meo.de, and when I received one of their newsletters at the beginning of January, I was intrigued by their bondage self-timer padlock. So intrigued that I immediately bought one so that I could review it. I just had to see how much fun I could have with one.

I have long wondered about trying some self-bondage, and this seemed to be the perfect item to give it a go.

Having given it a thorough testing, I can categorically say one thing, and that is that it isn't just for self-bondage. You can have so much fun with a partner playing with it, and in fact, I recommend that you do so.

In essence, this is an electronic padlock where you can set a timer and then lock it in place. It will then stay locked until it the timer has counted down.

So if you are using it for self-bondage or with a partner you can accurately set just how long you want to be bound for and that opens up lots of opportunities.

I like the no-frills packaging approach by Meo.de; it means that they can keep their prices down and it is also good for the environment too.

The electronic padlock arrives in a clear sealed packet. Inside the packet is the lock itself complete with operating instructions and key guide and a USB charging cable.

The lock features a display together with three buttons on the front, one button on the side and it has a flexible cable clasp that forms the padlock loop.

It measures in at only 1.75"/4.5cm by 1.6"/4cm by 0.8"/2cm, and that makes it slightly larger than a regular padlock, but that isn't a problem as it isn't too big for restraints and the like.

Its body is made out of black ABS, and it looks great with its white buttons and a Meo label on the base. The left-hand side of the lock has the USB charging socket.

The lithium battery will last for 30 days on a single charge if you use it four hours a day. Like most rechargeable devices regular charging will eventually cause the charging capacity to reduce over time. While charging, the display screen flashes blue to show you that it is charging.

The lock arrives charged, but I put mine on charge overnight just to be sure it had a full charge. I have not had to recharge it since then, and I have used it several times, so the internal battery is good. If the display flickers at any point, then it indicates a low battery voltage, and it is time to charge it before use again.

The lock has two modes of operation sound and quiet. It defaults to sound mode when switched on, but by pressing the start button when the lock is open, you can set it into a quiet mode which is useful if you want to play discreetly. The lock will beep once when changing modes like this.

Setting the lock period is easy, you use the outer two buttons on the front face to set the timer from anything from one minute to a maximum of 99 hours. Once you set the timer, you get a five-second countdown in which period you can cancel the locking and adjust the timer again. Once this countdown is over the padlock is locked.

You can then only watch the timer countdown. Once it reaches zero, you can unlock the padlock using the large white button on its side. This button releases the nylon coated locking wire giving you your freedom back.

Now here is a funny little anecdote for you. I had up until reviewing this lock never tried out any self-bondage at all. I couldn't believe how unlucky I was the first time I tried it out.

Picture the scene, a naked Joanne in the living room after a bath. I had a set of wrist cuffs on, and they were secured together using this padlock on a ten-minute timer. What could go wrong?

Well, about five minutes in and I am having some fun on the sofa, the doorbell rings, and it is the postman with a delivery of sex toys that I had been waiting for. Panic ensued, I couldn't even get my dressing gown on, so I was reduced to just peeking at the postie and watching him fill out a missed delivery card which he slid through my letterbox.

Imagine my frustration when just a minute after he left the padlock counter reached zero, and I could remove it.

One thing that this experience did teach me was how much fun being helplessly restrained can be, yes I missed a delivery, but the rush I experienced when trying to work out what to do was pretty intense. I had looped the wire of the padlock through both sets of leather tongues after the buckels on my restraints so that I couldn't even undo the wrist restraints.

If you have lockable restraints, then this padlock should work as the cable and its catch is no thicker than a standard padlock loop.

I must admit that the feeling of being locked with the padlock was intoxicating and unlike just clipping some restraints together. I knew that I was stuck and that is a turn on. It is a lot of fun to see that you are locked to or into something for a length of time stipulated by yourself or your partner.

The lock is very well made and sturdy, you are under no illusion that once locked into something with it you are at the mercy of the timer.

It is an ideal piece of equipment for taking for bondage play to the next level, and it's straightforward to operate. I love the countdown display and the feeling of complete control that comes with being locked into bondage.

This lock may not suitable for cock cages or other small chastity devices as the padlock wire and latch will probably be too wide for them. This was highlighted by Bondage God's excellent review of this lock. I do not own any chastity devices so I can't elaborate further on his findings. Large things like chastity belts may work - I will have to let you know if I am ever lucky enough to be able to review a chastity belt in the future.

My final point is on safety if you are considering some self-bondage. Think long and hard about how you are going to deal with an emergency before placing yourself into bondage. Always have an escape plan should heaven forbid the house catch fire for instance. I would suggest that you use a regular padlock on some of your restraints and put the key in a pot of paint. That way if you have to get out in an emergency then you can get to the key, but you aren't going to be tempted to try to get it with the resulting mess if it is not an emergency.

Finally, I think that this is an excellent addition to anyone's range of BDSM equipment and it does take things to the next level. Stay safe and have fun.

MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube

I was sent a bottle of MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube (available from MEO.de) by Cara Sutra to test on behalf of her Pleasure Panel in exchange for my open and honest review.

MEO is a German company that is a leading supplier of fetish and erotic products, they sell a huge range of kinky items with everything from lube to electrostim and bondage wear to some eyewateringly large buttplugs; their website is definitely not for the faint hearted. There’s not much you won’t find no matter what your kink.

MEO have stuck to three colours, white, black and red for the bottle creating an elegant look. My first impressions were good, I liked just how simple and well laid out it is; however, having ANALPUSH splashed across the front it’s not the most discreet lube I’ve used!

The MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube is designed around extreme anal fun and stretching; its main function is to numb, relax and lubricate you in preparation for light to intense anal games. The MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube is formulated to aid in stretching the muscles down there, creating easier access for deeper and girthier penetration.

Down to the testing.

I found the MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube is extremely slick, I split some just turning the bottle over to pour some onto my hand, it was very easy to clean up, a big plus as I have used silicone lubes before and find they can leave an oily mess, thankfully not in this one. It was easily wiped off with baby wipes which is a must and they’re an essential for me and my Mrs when we’re playing.

The MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube has a pleasant smell, nothing strong or chemically and it’s also basically tasteless; it’s not intended for edible use, I was purely tasting it for testing purposes.

I first put some of the lube on myself and found it had none of the cold or tingling sensations I have noticed on previous numbing lubes, this is a thumbs up from me. I warmed myself up with my fingers first, it took less than half the amount of time it typically takes before I move onto toys. I felt much more stretched and relaxed than I am normally.

I added a little more internally and found it worked with immediate effect numbing the whole area more and more with the passing moments. I decided to leave it five minutes before using toys and by then I was totally desensitised but felt under lubricated so I grabbed a bottle of silky water based lube and added a little extra. I started with a silicone pegging dildo using a condom over it as silicone lubes and toys don’t mix.

I’ve used this dildo previously, both alone and with my Mrs, and found it unsatisfying as it lacks girth but coupled with the MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube it was a perfect combo and they worked amazingly. As I was desensitised the girth wasn’t as apparent and the stim was a perfect balance of intensity and pure pleasure making me feel amazing.

The effects post play lasted a very long time, they wasn’t kidding when they said it was long lasting! I’d say it was around the thirty minutes to an hour after I’d finished playing before I was completely sensitised again. There was no lingering effects from the lube, no pains of any kind and all the stretching returned to its normal state as if it hadn’t happened.

Mrs B and I have recently moved on to heavier pegging sessions and this is the main appeal of the MEO AnalPush Extreme Anal Sex Lube lube for us. I finally experienced the holy grail, a P spot orgasm with a previous desensitising lube and Mrs B has taken it up on herself to make me cum like that during pegging play with this lubricant.

Although we haven’t actually managed to use it together yet, we are definitely looking for bigger and more exciting toys for our sessions and this lube will be there every step. I can’t wait and neither can Mrs B ;p

Overall this lube does everything it says on the bottle it’s not misleading and it works, boy does it work! If you’re into heavy anal sessions or are even a little afraid of trying anal this might just be for you.

Get the lube where you need it

This Grease Gun has good suction to it, so I use it on my thicker lubes (not the butters or fisting ones) that are in pots - works a treat. Helps to get lube right where it is needed without latering it everywhere. Would highly recommend this if you need lube direction.

Absolutes Musthave für Freunde des Reizstroms!

Damit Elektrospiele richtig Spaß machen, muss der Kontakt stimmen, damit der Strom gleichmäßig fließen kann und man nicht unerwünscht „eine gewischt“ bekommt. Das ist durch dieses Gel gegeben. Analelektroden lassen sich dadurch prima einführen, es trocknet nicht aus, oder fängt an zu „krümeln“ wie es ja manchmal der Fall ist bei Gelen auf Wasserbasis. Ich benutze dieses Gel am liebsten in Kombination mit dem Sexshocker von Meo. Wirklich ein unschlagbares Team. Der Spender macht das Handling denkbar einfach und das Design der Flasche ist auch wirklich chic.

Easy 5 Stars

Just received the the Fuck Hole Trainer in size M. It was a little bit hard to get in, but once in it feels wonderful. It is super comfortable. I wore it for about an hour but easily could have worn it for much longer (which I plan on doing!). I will be ordering the next size up very soon. Looking forward to this Stretching Ring helping me get that sloppy hole I always wanted.

Intense
