The central saddle can be raised or lowered and aligned either parallel to the side pads or angled up or down.     Two adjustable steel rods beneath the saddle allow precise control of height and angle. The front and rear wing nuts lock into preset indents and tighten securely, ensuring the FuckBench™ stays in the selected position.

    Setting up and using the FuckBench™

    First, select the desired height and angle via the two steel rods. Then lock the wing nuts into the preset indents and tighten. Once positioned, the handlebars provide a secure grip and extra stability. Anti-slip feet reduce the risk of sliding or tipping, even during more dynamic sessions.

    Care of the FuckBench™

    After use, wipe down the padded surfaces with a suitable surface cleaner, such as VeryClean™, and allow to dry completely.
