Operation is as simple as it is convenient: insert the penis into the vacuum cylinder, switch on the pump, and select the desired training mode. The Executive™ then automatically creates negative pressure and takes over the pumping process. The resulting vacuum temporarily causes the penis to fill with more blood during use, making it appear fuller, more engorged, and firmer.
