    It is precisely this play with different codes and associations that gives the hood its special appeal.     Garments and hoods made from natural rubber latex should always be put on and removed slowly and carefully. Fingernails, jewelry, piercings, and sharp edges can damage the material. The pigtails and their attachment points should also be handled carefully. They must not be pulled hard or placed under tension. beGLOSS® Easy Glide™ is recommended as a dressing aid. Before each use, the hood should be checked for damage. The eye openings, nose openings, and mouth opening must be positioned correctly and remain unobstructed throughout use. Natural rubber latex can cause allergic reactions and must not be used by anyone with a known latex allergy.

    For cleaning, beGLOSS® Special Wash Latex™ with lukewarm water is recommended. Rinse thoroughly afterward and allow the hood to air-dry completely. beGLOSS® Perfect Shine™ is suitable for care and a high-gloss finish, while applying beGLOSS® Talkumpuder to the inside can help prevent the latex surfaces from sticking together. The latex hood should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. The pigtails should be stored as straight and free of tension as possible to help preserve their shape.

    this completely changes my look

    i’m a crossdresser and bought this because i wanted something completely different from the usual wigs and feminine latex outfits i already own. honestly, i wasn’t sure whether the blue braids would look amazing or just ridiculous on me.

    they look amazing.

    the second i zipped the hood up and looked in the mirror i basically became a different character. the cobalt blue latex is gorgeous when it’s polished, the black around the eyes and mouth gives my face much more definition, and those ridiculously long blue braids completely finish the look.

    what i absolutely love as a crossdresser is that my eyes and lips are still exposed. i can do dramatic eye makeup and bright lipstick first, put the mask on, and they become part of the whole look instead of disappearing underneath it. with a latex bodysuit and heels it looks wonderfully feminine, artificial and just slightly weird - which is exactly what i wanted.

    the rear zipper is also a huge plus. i own another latex hood that has to be stretched over my head and i hate putting it on because i’m always worried about damaging my makeup or the latex. this one is much easier.

    my boyfriend’s reaction was basically silence followed by “holy shit.” i’ll take that as a compliment.

    one warning: don’t grab or pull yourself around by the braids. they are clearly decorative and i treat them carefully. other than that, i’m absolutely in love with this hood.

    if you’re into crossdressing, latex and creating a completely different version of yourself in the mirror, FarfallinaBlu is something very special.
