    You can primarily rely on your height and chest circumference to choose the right size, since neoprene is stretchy and contours to the body. Size S is recommended for users around 5'1"–5'6" (155–168 cm) tall with a slim build. Size M is ideal for users around 5'6"–5'9" (168–176 cm) with a slim to medium build. Size L fits users around 5'9"–6'0" (176–184 cm) and works especially well for medium to strong builds. Size XL is recommended for users around 6'0"–6'3" (184–190 cm) with a taller and/or broader physique.
