A functional everyday object becomes an extraordinary design piece: the MEO® Water Station Nero Assoluto combines a monolithic natural-stone block with a precision-recessed drinking bowl made from premium 304 stainless steel. Its clean architectural form and deep black stone give the water station a sculptural presence, making it a natural part of sophisticated interior spaces.

The body is crafted from a solid block of Nero Assoluto. This particularly dense black hard stone is commercially classified within the granite group. It is distinguished by its calm coloration, fine natural texture, and exceptionally refined appearance. Subtle variations in color, pattern, and surface texture are characteristic of natural stone and make every Water Station unique.

The removable 304 stainless steel drinking bowl is precision-recessed into the top of the solid block. Its wide rim rests securely on the precisely milled recess and sits nearly flush with the clean geometry of the natural stone. With an outer diameter of approx. 23 cm (9.06 in), a depth of approx. 6 cm (2.36 in), and a capacity of approx. 1.5 to 1.7 liters, it provides sufficient water for daily needs. For cleaning, the bowl can simply be removed from the natural-stone block.

Three different heights provide a suitable drinking height for dogs of different sizes and body proportions. The S version of the Water Station, measuring approx. 10 cm (3.94 in) high, is intended especially for small and short-legged dogs. The M version, with a height of approx. 20 cm (7.87 in), is suitable for medium-sized dogs. The L version, measuring approx. 30 cm (11.81 in) high, provides large and long-legged dogs with a comfortably elevated drinking position. These size recommendations are intended as a guideline, since the optimal height also depends on the dog’s individual build and preferred drinking posture.

A discreet recessed handhold is integrated into the natural stone at the back. It makes the solid block easier to grip and position during delivery and installation without interrupting the monolithic design. Due to its exceptionally high weight, however, the Water Station Nero Assoluto is deliberately not designed as a mobile bowl, but as a permanently positioned drinking station.

A custom-fitted protective felt pad in dark anthracite is included. Measuring approx. 5 mm (0.20 in) thick, it protects delicate flooring from direct contact with the natural stone and features a discreet tone-on-tone embossed MEO® logo. At approx. 29.5 × 29.5 cm (11.61 × 11.61 in), the pad remains almost invisible beneath the 30 × 30 cm (11.81 × 11.81 in) natural-stone block, preserving the clean, visually floating aesthetic of the design.

The stainless steel bowl can be completely removed for cleaning and washed with warm water and a mild dishwashing liquid. The natural stone should be cleaned only with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then wiped dry. Acidic, abrasive, chlorine-based, or aggressive cleaning products, as well as limescale removers, can damage the surface and are therefore unsuitable.

Spilled water should be wiped up promptly. The felt pad should also be checked regularly for moisture and must be completely dry before being placed back under the block.
