Very well made - the ball is big enough to fill my mouth but not so big that it makes my jaw ache. No nasty rubber taste from the silicone ball which is smooth and tasteless.

The ball is nicely heavy and gives an instant feeling of submission which pleases my partner as there's no longer any answering back.
